         <p  style="text-align:justify;color:black;">The R&D wing is also entrusted with the tasks of design and development of training modules & manuals and devising of new and innovative courses. So far, the Academy has developed training manuals for the following courses:

  <li style="color:black;"> • One Month Refresher Course</li>
 <li style="color:black;"> • Computer Course</li>

The Wing has also designed the module and reference materials for a <b>‘3-Workshop on Handling hostage situations and other emergencies in prisons’. </b>
