The Academy publishes a quarterly newsletter titled ‘APCA NEWS’ in order to disseminate information about its activities. The R&D wing is entrusted with work of preparation of the manuscript and printing related works. The newsletter is being sent to all prisons of southern states, all states/UT prison headquarters, ministry of home affairs, NHRC, BPR&D, etc.
